Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered
- You must raise the return request within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Customized or personalized items
- Earrings due to hygiene and safety concerns (unless damaged on arrival)
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- We’ll initiate the pickup within 2–4 working days
- On receiving the item and quality check approval, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or wallet/store credit
Exchange Policy
We offer one-time free exchange for size or design (if available in stock)
If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed
